Booking Amount And Final Payment:

  • We require a minimum deposit as booking amounts as per the below chart per person at the time

  • Your service provider will require amounts towards the bookings which amounts are nonrefundable,
  • non-transferable and interest free amounts.
  • Final payment for the relevant booking is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless
  • otherwise stated on your invoice.
  • Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
  • In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s
  • we must be
  • notifed of the same in writing.
  • Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in
  • writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
  • 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost
  • 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost
  • 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost
  • 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

  • Foreign Exchange utilization for the purpose of Land arrangements/ self use will be done from the
