 Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, or any personal emergency.

 Govt Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned

 Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt

 Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements.

 Cost of insurance

 Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages.

CANCELATION :

1 ) 60 Days before tour date departure free

2) 30 to 60 days Airline cancelation and visa charges

3) 10 Days to 30 days 80% of Tour cost

4 ) 1 to 10 Days 100 % of Tour cost .

All types of refunds will process through bank only . After cancelation request refund will process in 45 Days    time.

Booking Amount And Final Payment:

• We require a minimum deposit as booking amounts as per the below chart per person at the time
• of
• booking.
• Your service provider will require amounts towards the bookings which amounts are nonrefundable,
• non-transferable and interest free amounts.
• Final payment for the relevant booking is required no later than 6 weeks prior to departure unless
• otherwise stated on your invoice.
• Some airfares or services must be paid in full at the time of booking.
